As a Registered Nurse with Age Care, you will lead a skilled nursing team while implementing policies and collaborating with healthcare professionals. Effective communication with residents and their families is crucial, along with recording significant changes and ensuring compliance with health regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide Registered Practical Nurses and Support Workers

• Liaise with health care teams and notify physicians of resident changes

• Implement nursing services across the neighbourhood

• Administer medications and ensure documentation is accurate

• Coordinate and lead shift reports on resident status

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

• Registration in good standing with provincial registry
