Interior Health is looking for an experienced LPN for its Long-term Care team s casual position allows you to utilize your nursing skills to assess and care for patients, contributing to a collaborative healthcare approach. You will follow organizational policies while providing vital nursing support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patient needs and implement appropriate care plans
• Provide personal and nursing care in collaboration with the team
• Administer medications following strict protocols
• Maintain compliance with BCCNM standards of practice
• Document and report changes in patient conditions
Requirements:
• Graduate from a recognized Practical Nursing program
• Current full practicing licensure with BCCNM
• CPR certification is a must
• Flexibility to work casual shifts as needed
