Key Responsibilities:
• Implement Age Care policies with the Director of Care
• Notify physicians of significant resident status changes
• Supervise and direct nursing staff on shift
• Record and document patient changes in charts
• Administer medications as per residence protocols
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Experience in geriatric or long-term care
• Registration in good standing with provincial registry
• Knowledge of relevant healthcare legislation
• Ability to lead shift reports with a diverse team
