Key Responsibilities:
• Operate within your complete scope of practice
• Engage in a family-centered care environment
• Collaborate on interdisciplinary best practice initiatives
• Enhance residents' daily living experiences
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience with senior care
• Strong interpersonal skills and dementia care expertise
• Completion of an accredited LPN program
• Registration eligibility with the provincial nursing college
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification needed
