Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care to OR patients independently and in teams
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to enhance patient quality of life
• Demonstrate continuous improvement in nursing practices
• Participate on designated hospital committees and research projects
• Maintain advanced clinical competence and skills
Requirements:
• Graduate from an approved School of Nursing
• Current registration with BCCNM and CPR certification
• Minimum one year recent perioperative experience
• Advanced preparation in clinical specialty required
• Additional certifications may be necessary
