Key Responsibilities:
• Implement nursing policies within the neighborhood
• Liaise with healthcare team members on resident health
• Supervise nursing support staff during shifts
• Ensure medication administration follows prescribed orders
• Complete employee incident reports when necessary
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required
• Proven knowledge of long-term care laws
• Active registration with provincial nursing body
• Background in rehabilitation or geriatric nursing
• Understanding of health and safety regulations
