You'll work primarily with older adults, managing cases, and providing wound and palliative care. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and develop personalized care plans for clients
• Coordinate nursing services & implement care strategies
• Collaborate with healthcare providers for enhanced patient outcomes
• Conduct nursing assessments and interventions for various health needs
• Participate in committees and research projects as assigned
Requirements:
• Graduation from an approved nursing program
• Current registration with BCCNM
• Valid B.C. driver’s license
• Flexible availability for rotating shifts
