Interior Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse who is flexible and motivated to enhance the quality of life for residents this casual role, you will work both independently and as a team member, utilizing evidence-based practices and continuous improvement in nursing care. Your work will involve consulting with other healthcare providers to promote the well-being of patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care to Long-term Care patients
• Consult and collaborate with healthcare providers
• Use evidence-based practices in patient care
• Maintain and advance clinical competence
• Participate in hospital committees and research projects
Requirements:
• Graduation from an approved School of Nursing
• Current registration with BCCNM
• Post-basic education in gerontology is an asset
