Ideal candidates will be experienced in mental health nursing, offering both independent and team-based care. As part of an integrated healthcare team, you will enhance patient experiences while maintaining evidence-based nursing practices. Casual work hours between 0-37.5 provide flexible scheduling, covering day and night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver compassionate care to psychiatric patients
• Work in tandem with interdisciplinary teams
• Contribute to patient-focused quality improvement
• Maintain and advance clinical skills
• Involve in hospital committees and research
Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Two years’ relevant mental health experience
• Current registration with BCCNM
