Key Responsibilities:

• Guide clinical team members in best care practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Nursing Science or equivalent

• Active Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses

• At least 1 year in Long Term Care nursing

• Proven 2-3 years in a managerial role
