Interior Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced Registered Nurse to join the Emergency department at Vernon Jubilee Hospital. This role involves providing exceptional nursing care, enhancing patient quality of life, and collaborating with health care providers. The position is casual, with shifts scheduled day and night in a state-of-the-art facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care to emergency patients independently and within a team
• Consult and collaborate with healthcare professionals for patient care
• Enhance quality of life for patients and families
• Participate in committees and approved research projects
• Maintain and advance clinical competence continuously
Requirements:
• Graduation from an approved Nursing School
• Current registration with BCCNM
• Advanced preparation in critical care specialty
• 2 years of related clinical experience
• BCLS certification within last 3 years
