• Complete precise, detailed documentation of care
• Assess clients initially and on a continuing basis

• Delegate tasks to Home Care Assistants for efficiency
Requirements:
• Up-to-date certification of competence
• CPR certification required to maintain safety
• Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills
• Negative TB test or chest x-ray documentation
• Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision
