Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of clinical care services

• Ensure care delivery meets residents' individual needs

• Lead initiatives like continence care and wound management

• Promote compliance with policies and provincial regulations

Requirements:

• Completed Bachelor of Nursing Science or equivalent

• Registered with the College of Nurses

• Minimum 1 year experience in Long Term Care

• At least 2-3 years in a supervisory role
