Position: Director of Care for Lake Country Lodge

Become the Director of Care at Sienna Senior Living's Lake Country Lodge in BC, where you lead a team focused on compassionate senior care. This position is essential for fostering quality relationships with residents.

In your leadership role, you will ensure the community's mission of dignity and respect while guiding a talented nursing team. Your tasks will include overseeing care plans, enhancing service models, and aligning clinical practices to meet resident needs. You will deeply engage with both staff and residents daily.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage nursing staff and collaborate with clinical partners

• Monitor clinical processes and individual care plans

• Implement effective care programs and initiatives

• Ensure regulatory compliance and participate in audits

• Support staff hiring, training, and engagement efforts

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Nursing Science or equivalent credentials

• Minimum 1 year experience in long-term care nursing

• 2-3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity

• Active registration with the nursing college
