In this temporary full-time position at Sienna, you will lead a team focused on providing individualized care to seniors. As the Director of Care, your role is integral to ensuring compliance with care regulations, implementing key clinical initiatives, and continuously improving healthcare services. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of clinical care services
• Ensure care delivery meets residents' individual needs
• Lead initiatives like continence care and wound management
• Promote compliance with policies and provincial regulations
• Supervise the training and development of nursing staff
Requirements:
• Completed Bachelor of Nursing Science or equivalent
• Registered with the College of Nurses
• Minimum 1 year experience in Long Term Care
• At least 2-3 years in a supervisory role
