Senior Care LPN — Compassionate, Team‑Driven Care
Age Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to act as the key communication contact between management, residents and families, and to contribute to patient care and safety at Monashee Mews in Lumby, BC. This casual role supports compassionate, skilled care for aging residents and adherence to care plans.
You will work with an interdisciplinary team, deliver dementia care, monitor residents’ conditions, and promote well-being through excellent interpersonal skills. LPN registration required.
