In this critical role, you will be responsible for delivering compassionate nursing care that aligns with established policies and resident care plans. As an LPN, your work will ensure safety, autonomy, and dignity for each resident. Collaborate with the RN team and fellow staff to foster optimal care practices and maintain a comforting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care per physician orders and resident plans

• Ensure safe drug storage and follow protocols

• Create a comfortable environment for residents

• Report resident status changes to the RN promptly

• Work with interprofessional teams to assess and document care

Requirements:

• Diploma in Practical Nursing

• Active registration with the College of Nurses BC

• RAI MDS certification completion required

• Current First Aid and CPR certification

• Successful Vulnerable Sector Check
