Base pay range: $17.00/hr - $24.00/hr.
Position SummaryOur members love shopping for fresh food at Sam’s Club because of hard‑working, happy‑to‑help associates. As a freezer, cooler, and deli stocker, you keep shelves stocked and maintain the operations and sanitary conditions of our freezers and coolers. When you work in the deli department, you’re on the front lines of customer service – your smile can turn a good shopping experience into a great one.
WhatYou’ll Do
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of the facility, following all safety standards and procedures, including proper forklift spotting and handling of hazardous materials.
• Store, approve, rotate, and manage merchandise in the freezer, cooler, and deli area.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, resolving issues, and promoting the company’s products.
• Follow food‑handling policies, perform equipment sanitation, monitor freezer/cooler fans, drains, and doors, and report issues to management.
You Will Make an Impact By- Ensuring high‑quality products are taken care of and available for members.
- Keeping shelves clean, monitoring temperature control, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of lower‑quality food.
- Packing ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and packaging displays.

- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Successfully complete all required training and assessments.
- Experience stocking or working in a cold‑storage environment.
- Customer‑service experience.
