Retail Store Sales Associate at Dulux

Join Dulux as a Part-Time Retail Store Sales Associate, assisting customers with paint selection and ensuring a well-organized shopping environment. Typical hours are weekdays from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM and weekends.

In this role with The Pittsburgh Paints Company, you will engage with customers to assess their needs and recommend painting solutions. Covering inventory management and maintaining store safety are key aspects of your responsibilities. Teamwork and a customer-service mindset will boost your performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise customers on paint products and options

• Suggest complementary items like brushes and rollers

• Ensure cleanliness and order in the store

• Safely lift and stock products as needed

• Assist with warehouse operations when required

Requirements:

• Strong skills in customer service and teamwork

• Flexibility to work retail hours, including Saturdays

• Competence with computer programs and applications

• Physical capability to lift items up to 80 pounds

• Authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship
