Drive sales and customer experiences at The Shoe Co. as an Assistant Manager. In this role, you will lead and coach a dynamic team while fostering inclusivity and operational excellence.
As an Assistant Manager, you'll report directly to the Store Manager and play a key role in achieving store objectives. Your leadership will focus on in-store sales, web orders, and staff development. This position requires a proactive approach to problem solving, teamwork, and delivering exceptional customer service to enhance the store's brand image.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maximize business results through exceptional customer experiences
• Lead staff training and recruitment in shoe retail
• Develop and implement business plans to achieve goals
• Maintain operational integrity in scheduling and payroll
• Foster collaboration and open communication with the Store Manager
Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years in retail supervisory roles
• Proven sales and profitability achievements
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Availability for days, evenings, and weekends
