Lead a major retail operation at the BC Liquor Distribution Branch (LDB) in Vernon, BC as a Store Manager. Oversee cannabis operations while enhancing customer service and maximizing sales.

The Store Manager position is responsible for managing a substantial retail operation under the Regional Manager's guidance. This role is pivotal in achieving sales targets, controlling costs, and providing exceptional service to the public. You will review store operations, monitor budgets, analyze performance reports, and ensure top-quality staff training and development.
