In this role, you will provide fast and friendly service to customers seeking assistance in the kitchen department and beyond. Your focus will be on actively engaging with customers, understanding their project needs, and recommending suitable products and services. Drawing on your culinary knowledge, you'll ensure customers leave with the right solutions.

Greet, Engage, Thank
• Actively escort customers to appropriate merchandise
• Ask open-ended questions to assess customer needs
• Promote additional services like Tool Rental and Pro Services
• Educate customers about entire project options
Requirements:
• 1-2 years Retail or Trade experience is an asset
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and move items
• Flexible working schedule including evenings
