In this position, you will report to the Retail Experience Lead to provide guidance and engagement to customers.
Your role is central in crafting memorable experiences, helping shoppers understand and enjoy their purchases. From advising on specialized products to participating in promotional activities, you will be instrumental in driving store sales while maintaining high service standards throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers and assist with locating products
• Offer exemplary service and build strong customer relationships
• Share product care and usage recommendations
• Collaborate on merchandising and promotional strategies
• Manage transactions and maintain accurate inventory records
Requirements:
• Experience in retail sales preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• Clear criminal record and Provincial Cannabis Certification
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds and stand for long durations
• Strong understanding of retail practices and techniques
