As part of the BC Liquor Distribution Branch, the Supervisor position plays a critical role in managing retail operations that reach over $8 million in annual sales. Ideal candidates will possess recent supervisory experience in retail, with a focus on customer satisfaction and team motivation. You will also be responsible for overseeing daily tasks, training staff, and ensuring a customer-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage staff and ensure high-quality customer service

• Oversee stock levels and manage discrepancies

• Ensure security of physical assets within the store

• Assist in scheduling and labor relations activities

• Foster a positive and productive team atmosphere

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Six months of recent supervisory experience

• Proven experience in fostering a sales-driven culture

• Expertise in store presentation standards

• Capable of lifting liquor cases up to 50 lbs as needed
