Delivery Specialist

• Build superior customer sales experiences by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
• Support retail operations, merchandising, and maintenance of the store.
• Deliver best‑in‑class service when delivering products to customers’ homes.
• Perform general maintenance on the truck and around the store daily.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the moving process, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Coordinate and finalize paperwork with customers onsite.

• Full Class driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and move large home goods.
• Excellent communicator, people- and results-oriented, looking to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently.
• Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, driving history).
• Successful completion of criminal background check, credit check, and validation of work experience.

We are offering $20.00 – $22.00/hour CAD for this role, plus the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses.
