Enhance lives with better sight at Specsavers in Vernon, BC, as a Retail Associate. Deliver exceptional service while guiding customers through eyewear selections and providing support for those new to contact lenses.
At Specsavers, you'll thrive in a dynamic retail environment, engaging with customers to understand their eyewear needs. This part-time position offers up to 24 hours a week, including weekends. No optical experience is needed, as full training is provided to ensure your success and confidence in delivering quality eye care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers warmly to the store
• Understand and recommend eyecare solutions
• Guide frame selection based on personal style
• Clearly explain offers and services
• Perform pre-screening tests with training
Requirements:
• Availability for evenings and weekends
• Passion for exceptional customer service
• Ability to thrive under pressure
• Friendly and confident demeanor
• Previous retail or customer service experience a plus
