As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for the training and management of sales personnel while ensuring tasks are delegated efficiently.

Your role includes resolving customer issues, establishing work schedules, and maintaining inventory organization in a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign and supervise duties of sales workers

• Hire and coordinate training for new staff

• Establish effective work schedules

• Resolve complaints and manage supply shortages

• Organize and maintain store inventory

Requirements:

• Secondary school graduation certificate is required

• Experience in retail or supervisory roles is an asset

• Fluency in English

• Ability to commit to 35 to 40 hours of work
