As a Bootfitter at Silver Star, you’ll play a vital role in promoting hardgoods like skis and snowboards. With a deep understanding of winter sports equipment, you will conduct foot analyses, suggest the right products, and ensure customers have the best fitting experience. Your outgoing nature and excellent customer service will drive sales while creating memorable moments for every customer.
Key Responsibilities:
• Use product expertise to generate sales and enhance customer service
• Conduct thorough custom boot fitting processes for clients
• Address customer inquiries to foster trust and close sales
• Organize and maintain inventory displays for visual appeal
• Inform customers about resort details and relevant product options
Requirements:
• Background in customer service or retail
• Passion for ski and snowboard equipment required
• Cash handling experience beneficial
• Knowledge of foot biomechanics is an asset
• Approachability and teamwork essential
