As a Kitchen Designer, you'll focus on customer service and driving sales through consultations. With a detail-oriented approach, you will provide accurate quotes and product designs using the 20/20 system. Your engagement with customers will involve assisting them with related product knowledge and installation inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Connect with customers and drive sales through consultations
• Provide designs and quotes using the 20/20 design software
• Support customers with product knowledge and special orders
• Follow up on open quotes to increase sales conversion
• Assist with adjacent department products and installation services
Requirements:
• 1-2+ years of sales experience
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Strong knowledge of kitchen cabinets and blueprints
• Experience with design software like AutoCAD is a plus
