Join RBC Insurance as a Life, Health & Wealth Advisor in Vancouver. This role combines sales expertise with client relationship management to deliver personalized insurance solutions.
In this full-time position, you'll be responsible for cultivating client relationships and offering comprehensive insurance advice. With a strong focus on prospecting and networking, you’ll develop new business while leveraging support from internal teams. Your ability to engage clients through a client-first mindset will help position you for success as you work toward achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage clients for tailored life insurance consultations
• Independently build a new client portfolio
• Deliver client-first service in a digital environment
• Develop relationships using Salesforce tools
• Regularly assess business performance to meet targets
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of sales experience
• Active Life/A&S License (HLLQP/LLQP)
• Proven networking and relationship-building capabilities
• Relevant post-secondary degree or equivalent
• Driver's license and vehicle for client meetings
