Key Responsibilities:
• Guide customers in product selection for their homes
• Achieve and surpass sales goals regularly
• Stay informed on product offerings and competitor trends
• Build customer relationships through various methods
• Maintain organization and follow-through on guest requests
Requirements:
• Must have a high school diploma
• Over 2 years of sales experience in retail is preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills required
• Comfortable using technology, especially MS Office
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours
