Drive whole goods financing for Brandt Tractor Ltd. in Vernon, using customer relationships and sales support to structure effective solutions.
As Retail Finance Manager, you will promote and manage Brandt Finance services across an assigned territory. You will support sales staff, understand financing needs, and align financing options with business objectives. The position also involves customer relationships, credit submissions, and deal management.
Key Responsibilities:- Obtain financing supporting whole goods sales
- Build customer and sales staff relationships
- Prepare and present credit submissions
- Manage deals from quotes through document signing
- Market value added products, including insurance
- Availability for travel throughout the designated territory
- Experience understanding selling and financing processes
- Experience recognizing and satisfying customer needs
- Heavy equipment industry experience is an asset
- Post secondary business or finance degree is an asset
