We are seeking professional and reliable Industrial Security Guards to support safety and security operations at our industrial sites across North Okanagan. This role is ideal for individuals who are safety-focused, adaptable, and comfortable working in high-compliance environments.

Maintaining strict control of all access points, ensuring only authorized personnel and visitors enter the facility.Verifying access cards carefully and deny entry to unauthorized individuals while maintaining professionalism.Conducting regular patrols of the entire site to monitor for hazards, unauthorized activity, or security breaches.Staying highly vigilant and alert at all times, anticipating potential risks and responding proactively.Opening and closing access gates promptly, ensuring smooth operations without compromising security.Escorting contractors, workers, and visitors safely within the facility, following all security protocols.Qualifications
Minimum 12 months experience as a guardValid BC Security LicenseAdvance Security Training is an assetIntermediate/Advanced First Aid Training preferredBC Class 5 driver’s license (clean)Reliable vehicle to serve as a shelter and to reach remote areasIntermediate computer skillsExperience with access control systems and CCTVAbility to pass background and site-specific clearancesPhysically capable of standing, walking, and working outdoorsStrong communication and report-writing skillsLegal eligibility to work in Canada
