Security Supervisor at Commissionaires BC

Commissionaires BC is seeking a skilled Security Supervisor for the Tolko Mill site in Lavington, B.C. Monitor site safety, ensure compliance, and manage staff effectively overnight.

In this role, you will supervise security operations from Sunday to Thursday, 11 PM to 7 AM, focusing on customer service and compliance. Engage in foot patrols, assist with staff training, and maintain communication with clients and management concerning site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and site users

• Conduct regular patrols of both exterior and interior areas

• Respond to equipment alarms and monitor security systems

• Manage access control and issue site access cards

• Investigate security incidents and escalate as needed

Requirements:

• Valid BC Security License required

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal

• Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency

• Ability to perform continuous foot patrols

• Prior supervisory experience is advantageous
