Overnight Security Supervisor in Lavington

Join Commissionaires BC as a Security Supervisor at the Tolko Mill site in Lavington, B.C. Oversee compliance, conduct patrols, and support client relations during night shifts.

This role is scheduled from Sunday to Thursday, 11 PM to 7 AM, and requires proactive monitoring of safety and security protocols. In your supervisory capacity, you will manage staff training, handle scheduling, and liaise with management about operational issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding service to clients and users

• Execute thorough patrols of premises including mechanical rooms

• Respond promptly to alarms and monitor the premises

• Control access according to site regulations

• Investigate and escalate any security incidents

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid BC Security License

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken

• Advanced computer skills are required

• Capability to perform continuous foot patrols

• Supervisory experience preferred
