Key Responsibilities:
• Assess client needs and employment goals thoroughly
• Provide ongoing case management to clients
• Facilitate service referrals for additional support
• Perform accurate data entry and financial assessments
• Engage in conflict resolution and effective negotiation
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary degree or diploma
• 3-5 years experience in career development required
• Familiarity with diverse client groups essential
• Proven ability to build stakeholder relationships
• Skill in conducting assessments strongly preferred
