Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct client needs assessments to identify support requirements
• Offer employment counselling and ongoing case management
• Facilitate service referrals and follow up as needed
• Manage data entry and financial evaluations accurately
• Resolve conflicts and negotiate effectively for client benefits
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in relevant field required
• 3-5 years in career development preferred
• Experience with diverse populations essential
• Strong relationship-building skills with key stakeholders
• Ability to conduct and interpret various assessments
