Job Coach Position

Community Futures - North Okanagan is seeking two Job Coaches to assist clients in their job search. These positions focus on guiding youth, individuals with disabilities, and other diverse groups towards successful employment. Responsibilities include facilitating groups, assessing job seekers' needs, and building relationships with local employers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with job search strategies

• Facilitate workshops and group sessions

• Develop relationships with local businesses

• Market employment programs effectively

• Support diverse client populations in their journey

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or related field

• 1+ years of experience in coaching or facilitation

• Strong background in sales and marketing

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License

• Conflict resolution skills for client support
