As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide vital assessment and support services that address emotional, psychological, and behavioral issues within families. Working closely with external agencies, you will also lead workshops for community members, enhancing overall well-being while adhering to cultural practices. Key Responsibilities:
• Implement family service plans to meet client needs
• Liaise with schools and social service agencies
• Develop workshops focused on holistic wellness
• Ensure confidentiality in client information
• Participate in community events and emergency services
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma
• At least two years in a related field
• Experience working with First Nations
• Valid BC driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• CPR and First Aid certification required or willing to obtain
