We are hiring for two Job Coach roles responsible for connecting clients with job opportunities in the Vernon area. This position requires engagement with at-risk youth, Indigenous populations, and individuals facing barriers. Competence in sales, marketing, and counseling is also essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide clients in their employment journey

• Facilitate job readiness workshops

• Create connections across local industries

• Promote employment programs to the community

• Engage diverse populations with effective strategies

Requirements:

• Degree or training in social sciences or counseling

• 1+ years of coaching experience

• Effective sales and promotional skills

• Clean Class 5 Driver’s License

• Excellent de-escalation and conflict-resolution skills
