As a FIKA Delivery Driver, you'll play a vital role in the customer journey by ensuring the safe and prompt delivery of cannabis. This shift-based position requires a dependable, punctual individual who can multitask between driving and in-store support during downtimes.
Your role includes representing the brand positively in all customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Transport and deliver orders accurately and safely
• Engage with customers and provide FAQs during deliveries
• Follow training protocols for effective delivery
• Observe assigned routes and schedules
• Maintain a safe driving record and adherence to laws
Requirements:
• Full 'G' Driver’s License or Class 5 required
• Insured personal vehicle for delivery purpose
• Clean driving record and clear background check
• At least 6 months delivery or logistics experience
• Weekend availability is essential
