Responsibilities
- Lead the reception area and serve the needs of residents, visitors, and staff by offering information and assistance in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner.
- Greet all visitors, answer questions, ensure visitors sign guest sheets, and direct phone calls to residents and staff.
- Sort, deliver, and collect incoming/outgoing community and resident mail; perform basic office/clerical functions and maintain visitor logs.
- Respond to resident emergencies by calling appropriate internal or external parties based on community protocol.
- High school diploma or GED required; minimum of one to two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 1–2 years of related experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; customer-service oriented.
