Woodworker Express, a division of Würth Baer Supply Company, is a leading specialty wholesale distributor to the woodworking industry, offering an extensive inventory of hardware, tools, and shop supplies. With a strong focus on speed and quality, we serve customers across the Upper Midwest to the Eastern United States.

• Identify, source, and negotiate with suppliers for new and existing product lines in woodworking, cabinetry supplies, and hardware categories.
• Evaluate supplier performance and pricing to ensure alignment with company objectives and profitability targets.
• Manage the product lifecycle from sourcing through digital onboarding, ensuring all content, descriptions, and pricing are accurate and optimized for our e-commerce platform.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Marketing, and E‑Commerce teams to ensure smooth product launches and updates.
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for cost savings and assortment expansion.
• Support development of pricing strategies, rebate structures, and promotional initiatives.
• Maintain strong relationships with key vendors to ensure reliable supply and responsiveness.
• Leverage SAP to manage product data, supplier records, and pricing structures efficiently.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in industrial distribution, woodworking, or cabinetry hardware sourcing.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Proficiency with SAP (required); experience with other ERP and e‑commerce systems is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of product content optimization for digital marketplaces preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.

  Monday – Friday, approximately 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
