Position: Medical Director - Part time (4 hours a week)

Medical Director – Part time (4 hours a week)

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Director to provide clinical leadership at the Robert W. Depke Juvenile Complex Center. This part‑time role consists of four hours per week with on‑call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct medical care and document all clinical encounters in compliance with standards.
  • Supervise and support healthcare staff and ensure adherence to clinical protocols.
  • Oversee chronic care clinics, utilization review, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Health Services Administrator to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Maintain clinical oversight and consult on complex medical cases or referrals.
Additional Details

The position is located at the Robert W. Depke Juvenile Complex Center. It is a four‑hour per week role with on‑call duties.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Education: Medical school graduate.
  • Experience: Preferred experience in Family Practice, Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine or Public Health.
  • Licensure: Current licensure in the State of employment; current DEA number; CPR certification; maintenance of privileges and CME requirements.
