Senior Financial Analyst; FP&A

Overview

• Create and manage the Annual Financial Plan, including Operating, Financial, and Capital Budgets
• Provide financial analysis and decision-making support to executive staff
• Model financial impacts of business decisions and drive process efficiencies
• Conduct monthly Actual vs. Budget variance analysis and manage the Company’s balanced scorecard
• Develop and review the Rolling Forecast and Strategic Plan while maintaining data integrity

• Master’s Degree in Finance or Business; CPA preferred
• 5-7+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Access
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server is required
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Experience with distribution organizations
• Familiarity with One Stream and CRM software
• Strong data mining skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment and manage multiple tasks
