An established, multi-site organization is seeking a Lead Financial Analyst to support operational and sourcing-related finance activities. This role provides broad exposure across planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis, with regular interaction with senior leadership.

• Partner with cross‑functional business leaders to provide financial insights and decision support
• Lead planning processes, including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long‑range planning
• Own monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting
• Prepare financial presentations and performance summaries for leadership
• Support cost center management, headcount tracking, and profitability analysis
• Participate in month‑end close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Support process improvement initiatives and financial systems enhancements

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related disciplines
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required
• Advanced degree or professional certification (MBA, CPA) preferred
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with financial reporting and planning tools preferred
• Ability to synthesize data and communicate insights clearly to non‑finance stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
