SUMMARY OF POSITIONThe Cosmetic Sales & Access Coordinator (CSAC) is responsible for promoting and educating current, new, and prospective patients on the services, procedures, client programs, and retail items offered by the practice, with the ultimate goal of maximizing appointments scheduled at RL while minimizing opportunity loss. The CSAC acts as a patient advocate, being knowledgeable in all areas of the practice covering surgical and non‑surgical treatments, and strives to build strong relationships between current, new, and prospective patients.
The CSAC manages all leads (new and established), conducts patient consultations, supports inbound calls, schedules appointments, and ensures practice documents, policies, and appointment requirements are met prior to each patient visit.
The CSAC is expected to increase bookings and deliver optimal clinical solutions through the initial lead correspondence process, consultation process, and follow‑ups. The CSAC must respond quickly to inquiries and credential the practice, providers, and services to book consultations and establish long‑term patient relationships. Patient consultations involve determining needs, creating treatment plans, setting expectations, and educating patients on their treatment journey.
The CSAC completes all required documentation, administers pre‑ and post‑treatment photos, reviews photos to assess progress, and determines next steps. Follow‑ups are essential to ensure patient satisfaction and commitment to a consistent, long‑term treatment routine. The CSAC communicates effectively with all providers and staff to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
- Minimum high school graduate or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years solid sales experience in a similar position with emphasis on retail, healthcare, or hospitality
- Strong background in aesthetics, laser, dermatology, or plastic surgery
- Well‑versed knowledge of the menu of services offered by RL Center for Cosmetic Surgery & Medspa
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Punctual
- Ability to work independently while functioning in a team environment
- High level of organization skills with attention to detail
