MissionThe HR Generalist is to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant payroll and HR services that support the well‑being and success of every employee. Strive to ensure seamless administration of payroll, benefits, and retirement plans, maintain precise employee records, and uphold all federal and state regulations. Through proactive communication, efficient processes, and a commitment to integrity, aim to provide exceptional support in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations—fostering a workplace that values transparency, compliance, and employee satisfaction.
PrincipleActivities
- Administer all aspects of payroll from start to finish, ensuring accurate timesheets, actual processing of payroll, and timely funding of benefits.
- Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Manage the 401(k) process including funding and entry and termination of employees.
- Administer employee benefits programs (health, dental, vision, retirement plans).
- Maintain and file EEO‑1 report annually.
- Handle leave administration (FMLA, ADA, PTO).
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems.
- Post, maintain and track open positions.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes.
- Support performance management and training initiatives.
- Assure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Assist with audits and ensure data integrity.
- Prepare payroll and benefits reports for finance and HR leadership.
- Assume all other duties and tasks as required and assigned.
- Fulfill the financial control and risk management responsibilities inherent in the position.
- Conduct yourself in accordance with the Company code of ethics policy at all times.
- Required Knowledge and
Skills:- 1 year of payroll experience preferred.
- 1 year of HRIS experience (Paycom) preferred.
- Ethical conduct.
- Time management.
- Required
Education:- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Required Experience:
- 1 year of experience preferred.
- Physical Requirements:
- Employee must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time, lift files, and meet any other physical demands of the job as necessary.
