This position has a base salary range of $  - $ USD Annual . This range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience and time in the role.

SUMMARY

Th i s role will partner with department leaders and staff to formulate and deliver exceptional business value by way of process change and project delivery. Through collaboration, discovery, and analysis understand, propose, and aid in implementation of improvements to organizational projects, processes, products, and services.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• R eview, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs. Document requirements, define scope and objectives, and formulate systems to parallel business strategies. Provide consultations on complex projects and is the top-level contributor/specialist. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
• B u siness analysis including working in project teams, collaborating with vendors and end users, and creating programming-ready artifacts.
• P r o c ess and system analysis of multiple concurrent development projects consisting of both internal employees and consultants/contractors both on-site and off-site while fostering a cohesive and productive work environment.
• D r i v e process maturity:
  Implement, document, and maintain documentation or automation for business processes that are time consuming, undocumented, or need standardization.
• Work in a dynamic, collaborative, transparent manner.
• F a c ili t at e and lead meetings that generate ideas and content for solutions. Orchestrate the collaboration between Product Owner, business sponsors, vendors, subject matter experts, designers, QA and development groups by removing roadblocks and fostering communication. Contribute to organizational transformation solutions and execution.
• D r i v e and adhere to business analysis best practices.
• S up p o r t company’s Agile transformation and work within this methodology to ensure the vision, strategy a n d priorities of the Product Owner are met.
• O r c h estrate the collaboration between Product Owner, business sponsors, vendors, subject matter experts, designers, QA, and development groups by removing roadblocks and fostering communication.
• S up p o r t Agile team and business track in any way that is required to ensure the successful outcome of the team.
• R esearch business requests and troubleshoot production issues.
• E x ecute business analysis best practices and provide mentoring to others.
• A b ilit y to execute solutions independently, perform hands‑on work, work well under pressure, and as part of a team.
• E m b r a c e and apply the BCU's mission, vision and core values to all activities and responsibilities. Support the BCU's initiatives by demonstrating teamwork and professionalism.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• B a c h er’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, other related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years business systems analysis required.
• Exceptional analytical skills, people skills and documentation skills.
• Comprehensive experience with application development, technology, and testing.
• Requires technical creativity and a strong understanding of information technology.
• Solid understanding of the role and the business/functions supported.
• Exceptional problem‑solving skills.
