Inventory Manager

Job Description

• Our staff are primarily Spanish speaking, management speaks only English. You must be able to speak English fluently. Spanish is a plus.
• Lift 50-70 lbs. boxes of supplies.
• Be on your feet up to 7.5 hours a day.
• Workday is 8 hours with two paid 15‑minute breaks. Any additional 30‑minute lunch is unpaid.
• Walk between two buildings regularly and work in a cold environment.

This position is to primarily oversee the inventory levels of the entire business. The individual will work directly with Kim, the office manager, and Evan, the General Manager, who handles inventory ordering.

• Recording daily incoming deliveries of all products, consumables, packaging, raw meat, ingredients, etc.
• Inputting this information into the Vistatrac inventory system, including lot numbers for traceability.
• Removing inventory used for production by creating batch records.
• Notifying the purchasing department of low inventory to trigger reordering.
• Creating monthly inventory reports (complete inventory, raw ingredient, product sold, etc.).
• Assisting and coordinating complete physical inventories at least four times per year.
• Occasionally working with production and packaging teams on in‑plant tasks at management's discretion.

• Computers and typing proficiency.
• Experience with inventory systems.
• Use of scan guns and labeling equipment.
• Inventory management and Google Sheets.
• Data entry.
